Thinidi utilizes digital technologies and open educational content such as materials from Khan Academy under authorized usage and licensing.

By accessing and using Thinidi’s website and application services (“Services”), the user (“User”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If the User does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from using the Services.

1. Account Registration and Login

   1.1 Users can access Thinidi’s Services through Google account login only. No other social media accounts are collected or supported.

   1.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information. In the event of unauthorized account use, Thinidi reserves the right to suspend the account and shall not be held liable for any resulting damages.

   1.3 If Users suspect unauthorized access or security breaches, they must immediately notify Thinidi via designated contact channels.

2. User Eligibility and Minor Protection

   2.1 Thinidi’s Services are designed for learners of all ages, including children and youth. Users under the age of 20 are advised to consult with a legal guardian before registering. Users under the age of 13 must obtain verifiable parental consent.

   2.2 Thinidi reserves the right to refuse service to any User who provides false age information or fails to provide required proof of parental consent as per applicable law.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

   3.1 The Company grants Users a non-commercial license to use the Services solely for educational purposes. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is granted.

   3.2 Users must not copy, modify, transform, distribute, or otherwise infringe on the intellectual property of any content provided through the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, content from Khan Academy, which Thinidi uses under the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.

   3.3 Violation of licensing or usage conditions may result in account termination or legal action as deemed appropriate by the Company.

4. Privacy and Data Retention

   4.1 Thinidi is committed to protecting Users’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

   4.2 Collected data is used exclusively for providing Services, supporting learning experiences, and improving platform quality. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

   4.3 The Company may retain computer traffic data (log data) for at least 90 days as required by law to ensure system integrity and investigate any misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

   5.1 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.

   5.2 All advice, information, or content presented through the Services is provided for educational purposes only and should not be construed as professional or legal advice.

6. Changes to Services and Terms

   6.1 Thinidi reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Services or these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes that may affect their rights or usage.

   6.2 Continued use of the Services after such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
